On September 10, 2011, Councilwoman Elle Cochran did a presentation at the Ho'ike'ike Hawaiian Heritage and Environmental Sustainability in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. The presentation discussed different aspects of sustainability which included the subjects of water and ChemTrails/GeoEngineering of the islands. The Maui Sky Watch is helping draft The Maui Clean Sky Ordinance and Elle Cochran has said she would take the final draft to the council.
